- The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st Dec. of the year of admission
- Only female candidates are admitted in TGINE.
- Candidate must be physically and mentally fit for admission.
- As per the Maharashtra University of Health Science and institution policy, the candidate will have to undergo medical fitness before admission.
- Confirmation of admission is subject to issue of eligibility to the course from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.
- The candidate must have passed intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination recognized by the concerned State Government and Education Board with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the foresaid qualifying examination in the case of general category and 40% marks in case of the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes.
Selection Criteria
- Candidate should be a domicile of Maharashtra & should have appeared for NEET 2021
- In Physics, Chemistry & Biology the reserved category students should secure 40% & open category students should secure 45%, English is a compulsory subject.

Eligibility For University Examination
For B. B.Sc. Nursing – A candidate should have passed in the subjects of PCB and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks taken together in PCB at the qualified examination i.e. (10+2). Furthermore, the candidates belonging to constitution reservation, the marks obtained in PCB taken together in qualifying examination be 40% instead of 45% as stated above prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council from time to time.
Standards of Passing
- Minimum pass marks are 50% in each of the Theory and Practical.
- Twenty-five percentage of the marks of Theory and 50% of the marks of Practical are reserved for the Year’s work (internal assessment).
- If a candidate fails in either practical or theory paper, she will have to reappear for both theory and practical.
